Each week the Yin Yang House offers a free 30 minute qi gong exercise class where we work through a few basic routines of Qi Gong followed by some brief standing meditation.

The Qi Gong exercises that we practice in this class are relatively easy to learn and include forms such as the "eight brocades", "da peng gong" and the "tai chi dao yin". The practice of qigong has been shown in numerous studies to relieve stress, improve cardiovascular health, improve balance and strength and more. All of the forms we teach can be adapted to accommodate just about any physical limitation or any level of fitness.
