You as an investor, have found what you believe to be a great deal. You have talked to the seller, they have told you their story and you really want to help them. After all, it is one of the most important ideals that we try to impart on our members at Chattanooga REIA.
Wait! Don't do a deal just because you can do a deal. You may want to help homeowners who may be in trouble, but if you work against the numbers in this deal, you may be taking the place of the homeowner in the quicksand, and it can be a very costly endeavor that you find yourself in.

At BIG Chattanooga on Thursday June 21st, we will have as our guest, Mr Larry Harbolt from the Tampa, Florida area who will give us a talk on how NOT to put yourself in the Quicksand. Larry will not be there in person, he WILL be on remote camera and speaker in real time. You will get to hear and see Larry and have the ability to ask him questions and get answers.

Larry will also share with us:

6 Essential Steps for Success in Real Estate Investing
Houses You May Want To Avoid
What a Really Good Deal Looks Like
How to Overcome Your Fear Of Talking To Sellers
Answers To Your Questions and Much More
