Welcome to the fitness group that expands your social network and takes place at Cheeseman Park in Denver! This fitness model is a new alternative to the gym-rat, individual-oriented model that currently predominates – one that I have personally found to be lacking any sense of community or team feel.
The idea behind these workouts is that we HAVE FUN while pushing ourselves at the same time. At the end of the day, the most important thing we will do is make strong, long lasting bonds within a team.
