So many people have questions about just how much protein we really need in our diets and which foods are the best sources.

Come join Gerrie, Healthy Eating Specialist as she teaches you what proteins are, how much we really need, and how much is in our food.

    You really learn a lot from Gerrie. Class is always interesting, lots of geat new information and food. Quinoa salad with mango was wonderful! But most of all you can ask Gerrie anything and she takes time to explain. I always feel so motivated to make changes in my diet after her classes. Thanks so much for what you are doing Gerrie!!!
