Talk 1: Stolon: Running 100+ highly-available PostgreSQL DB clusters on Kubernetes

ThoughtWorks has been successfully running 100+ highly available database clusters on Kubernetes. This talk would include a demo to showcase the ease of setup of the tool, covering a litte bit of its architecture. As part of this, practical experiences of running it on production will also be shared.

Aswin Karthik, with 5 years of experience, is a full-stack application developer with specialization in Devops practices. He is keen on solving large scale infrastructure and operations problems. He has experience on building and running ultra-scalable, reliable and resilient infrastructure systems for a high-traffic customer-facing site. He has worked on building platforms for developers to easily build, ship and run microservices at scale.

4. Importance of Business Intelligence and Visualization with a quick demo using "Syncfusion Dashboards”, a SaaS based BI tool.

Speaker: Dinesh Kumar, Product Manager, Data Platform, SyncFusion

Dinesh Kumar manages the Web Data Sources team and leads a Big Data project. Coming through 6.5 years in his career, he is passionate about his work around data and deeply involved with the design and implementation of products to create, manage and develop Hadoop+Spark clusters. Here he would share his knowledge with his experience about the topics mentioned about Big Data and BI.
