Gong Bath & Sound Meditation - September Session
Our next Gong Bath & Sound Meditation session will be taking place at the Bagnall Centre on Saturday 1 September 2018 at 12:45-1:45pm (due to the nature of the session we regret that we are unable to admit late entry, doors open at 12:30pm, to allow plenty of time to arrive and get settled in). NB: Please note that due to the limitation of space in the reception area at the venue it is kindly requested that attendees not arrive earlier than 12:30pm as Reception will be unable to accommodate early arrivals. Once you have signed in, join us in the Studio where you can get settled in ready for the session! Spaces are limited, RSVP for all events is required. Please contact me directly if you are not a fan of booking via Meetup. Please also kindly keep your RSVP up to date if you find you are no longer able to make the session, thank you. If you would you like to experience sound meditation and relaxation, then why not join us at our Gong Bath & Sound Meditation...a space to experience the sacred sounds of the Gong and other complementary instruments. During the session you are immersed in the powerful sound waves created by the Gongs, enabling the body and mind to relax and release any stress and tension. All you have to do is lie down and relax (fully clothed). What to bring: yoga mats, small head cushions and eye pillows are provided, but do feel free to bring a light blanket with you to keep warm. Please also bring anything else you need to feel comfortable (eg. extra padding etc.). We can provide chairs if you are unable to lie down, please let us know in advance if you would like one. Bottled water is also recommended to keep you hydrated during/after the session. We host two sessions a month at the Bagnall Centre (with the exception of January, August & December), along with some other one-off, unique and interesting workshops at other venues in Chesham, so do check back to keep up to date with our events. We also hold regular monthly womens' shamanic drumming circles, please see the Meetup calendar for more information. For information about parking, please see here: http://bagnallcentre.com/parking/ - there is nearby parking available, parking at the Centre is not permitted unless you require disabled parking. Please do get in touch if you have any questions, you can contact me via meetup messages or on[masked], you can also find us on www.facebook/cheshamgongbath. If you are in your first-trimester of pregnancy, or have any other health concerns and would like to check if a gong bath is appropriate for you, please do get in touch so we can have a chat. I look forward to seeing you. Sam x

What we're about

This is a group for like minded people to experience the sacred sounds of the gong and other complementary instruments within the setting of a gong bath/sound meditation. During the session you are bathed in the powerful sound waves created by the gongs, enabling the body and mind to relax and release any stress and tension. All you have to do is lie down and relax. Regular group gong baths will be held in a central location in Chesham, and one to one sessions are available by appointment in Chesham Old Town.

We will also have one-off and special gong and sound events, so keep in touch for more info!

Due to space limitations RSVP for all events is required, we often run a waitlist for people wishing to attend, and would kindly ask that you keep your RSVP up to date if your plans change, this is greatly appreciated, thank you!

If you are in your first trimester of pregnancy or have a health condition that and would like to check if a gong bath is appropriate for you, please do get in touch so we can have a chat.

I look forward to meeting you, and if you have any questions please do get in touch.

Sam x
