Welcome to our regular monthly Womens' Shamanic Drumming Circles, which are held on the first Sunday of the month except for January. These circles are offered on a DONATION only basis, and all donations will be gifted (minus the cost of the venue hire) to St. Joseph’s Hospice in Hackney, in memory of my Mum.
IMPORTANT NOTE: I would kindly ask that if you RSVP for this event that you keep your RSVP up to date, this is because at the last session we had a high percentage of no shows, and this unfortunately takes valuable spaces away from other people who are on the waiting list, I hold a physical list outside of Meetup for people who are waiting and have to turn people away, so it is important to keep your RSVP up to date. Your assistance is greatly appreciated.
These sessions are limited to 18 people, which enables us to hold sacred space and give individual attention and focus to all participants.
Come and join us for this session focusing on GRATITUDE. If this resonates with you, then why not come and join us at this women’s only session using drums, alchemical essential oils and other tools.
We will open sacred space together using drum, we will be using sacred alchemical oils to nurture our inner world, we will then have individual drumming rounds to bring through the intention to clear cycles of grief that may be holding us back at this time.
No experience is necessary to participate as full demonstration will be given. If you are feeling low in energy, physically tired, lost, stuck, emotional, rundown, that something just doesn't feel quite right, disconnected or un-grounded, seeking a greater sense of self, or generally need a little tune up then this session is for you.
WHAT TO BRING: Please bring a mat or rug to sit on and a blanket and pillow to make yourselves comfortable (chairs are available if you would like one), and some bottled water to stay hydrated. To be able to offer this session on a donation only basis, we will be unable to bring mats and rugs with us to this session, so please do bring something for your comfort.
If you have your own frame drum please feel free to bring it with you, but we will have some available for your use.
Please feel free to message me if you have any questions.
