Morning Chi Gung for all ages.
Start your day with exercises that improve balance, structure, well being, health and focus.
The training will include both static and moving exercises combined with breath work and relaxation/ body awareness.

We meet in Victoria Park Leicester weekdays 5am-7am
Weekends 11am- 1pm
