My name is Anthony Sobati and I would love to teach you Chi Kung. It is a form of moving meditation that benefits the practitioner in many ways. It makes one feel light physically, centered spiritually and mentally clear. It also serves to strengthen your relationship with Heaven and Earth by making one more aware of them self and their relationship with the Earth and by helping one to become strong internally and purify your thoughts, feelings and actions. Chi Kung has helped me in my life and can do the same for you.
There is two weekly classes, one runs at All Saints Church on a Saturday morning at 10 am till 11 am and the second is at Leila House in Finchley from 5 pm till 6 pm. In both cases new students should arrive 15 minutes early to sign a par-q form. A par-q form is a tool used to assess someone's physical state to see if they are well enough to do exercise.
