My name is Anthony Sobati and I would love to teach you Chi Kung. Chi Kung is a form of moving meditation that comes from China, it is over 3000 years old and is said reveal the meaning of health and life on many levels. Chi Kung has benefits for mind, body and spirit. It makes one feel light physically, centered spiritually and mentally clear. It also serves to strengthen your relationship with Heaven and Earth by making one more aware of them self and their relationship with the Earth. Chi Kung has helped me in my life and can do the same for you.

Practice Chi Kung in Finchley

Hi Everybody, I hope you are all well. In a regular session one would do a warm up to prepare for the class which would consist of joint mobilisation and other exercises to prepare mind and body. Following this, the main section would consist of different exercises that have different focuses and benefits for mind, body and spirit. As the weeks go by, one would perform more exercises in the main section and progress onto more complicated routines. Then comes the cool down section, this is designed to take you to a pre-exercise state. There is also a conversation after the class about Chi Kung and how it can help you in your life. Newcomers please arrive at 6.45 pm to fill out a PAR-Q form to clear you for exercise. The class starts at 7 pm and runs till 8 pm, the conversation is 5 or 10 minutes after the class.
