Hello everyone,

I want to invite you to this group fitness challenge in River North at HiFi Fitness Studio, Chicago. My team and I have been working on putting together a group fitness/wellness class. We got the space, and it's finally happening! This would be a great way to start the new year!

I'm sure some of you may have personal fitness/health goals as a resolution for the new year. In any case, getting healthy and staying fit through exercise is a must! I'm sure, we all know the tremendous benefits of regular exercise.

In this class (all levels), we will be starting with some basics, i.e, bodyweight training, which is a great way for gaining strength, building muscles, improving cardiovascular strength and burn fat. The first phase of this class will focus on stability/mobility and some fundamental movements, such as proper squatting, push/pull, lunges, core strength and breath control during exercise. This first phase of this fitness challenge will run for 6 weeks in order for you to start noting muscle adaption to resistance training.

This class is going to fun, functional and at the same time, effective in addressing your fitness goals! There is going to be motivational workout music during the hour long sessions and "hi-fives"....we also encourage team effort! There is limited spots due to room capacity.

Hello everyone, My name is Chuka. I am a certified fitness trainer and a chiropractor with over 10 years experience. I want to welcome you to this group fitness challenge which I and my team have worked to put together with you in mind. Studies have shown that to prevent physical ailments, reverse the aging process and live a healthier lifestyle, there is one formula to achieving all that, "Movement". I believe in helping clients to maintain physical, mental, and emotional energy, through movement, which is crucial for optimal daily performance in life! In this class, we will be starting with some basics, i.e, bodyweight training, which is a great way for gaining strength, building muscles, improving cardiovascular strength and burn fat. The first phase of this class will focus on stability/mobility and some fundamental movements, such as proper squatting, push/pull, lunges, core strength and breath control during exercise. This phase of the fitness challenge will run for 6 weeks in other for you to start noting muscle adaption to resistance training. I promise to make this class fun and at the same time, effective!
