"Fla qualified as a laughing teacher at the Laughter Yoga University in Bangalore, India in 2011. She was amazed to learn the art of laughing intentionally as a practice to develop confidence, creativity, humour and inner joy. She facilitates laughter classes and trainings in Thailand and China."
"Polly went to India to train as a Laughter Yoga Teacher in 2013, and she ran a weekly LY club in Kuala Lumpur for over two years. Volunteering with the Malaysian Cancer Society, she shared LY with cancer survivors, and she gave workshops to private companies. Before she moved to Chiang Mai, she trained several LY Leaders in Malaysia, and it’s a joy to know that they’re keeping the club going there. She loves to have fun, and is delighted to have the opportunity to laugh and play with you."
"Hi I am Man Yee. I always love to laugh, and laughter yoga has shown me a great way to nourish and connect more deeply with the joy intrinsic to all of us. I completed the laughter yoga training in Thailand in May 2016 and I hope to share this journey with you. I also practice other forms of yoga and have been a certified yoga teacher since 2012."
