Agile Around the World

Kelly Fidei, an Agility Transformation coach with Service Tracking Systems, a lean startup.

Presentation Description:

Today's presentation is an interactive panel discussion between onshore and offshore partners, who have successfully ramped up several flavors of agile in a very short time, in a 100% remote environment. One of the valuable pieces we hope to offer in this discussion is to model allowing all the voices of our system to be heard, particularly voices who are sometimes not heard. Kelly, for example, has been in many discussions with onshore folks, where we try to figure out how to make Agile successful with offshore teams. But very rarely in those discussions are the voices of the actual offshore folks represented. All the voices in an organizational system, whether that be a team or an entire company, hold pieces of the truth and pieces of the solution. There's an inherent wisdom the system that can be freed up when all voices are heard. Our discussion will also also be in line with agile values, particularly collaboration, courage, respect and transparency. Agile is fun, and Agile is also sometimes about having the courage to ask and truly engage as a team with the more difficult questions. We would like to share our successes with you in this space, and actively involve the attendees in this conversation as well.

The meet up will begin at 5:30 pm with networking, food and beverages.

The presentation is from 6:00 to 6:45 pm.

We'll conclude with a deep dive into how these specific issues affect your organization, 6:45 to 7:30 pm.
