Music Now Concert 2

One of electronica’s most revered artists— Prefuse73 (Guillermo Herren), whose work ranges from jazz and hip-hop to abstract electronica— brings a world premiere to MusicNOW, complemented by an electrifying solo work by Eduardo Guzman and a world premiere by CSO Mead Composer-in-Residence Mason Bates.
MusicNOW receives funding through a leadership challenge grant from Irving Harris Foundation, Joan W. Harris. Major support is also provided by Cindy Sargent and the Sally Mead Hands Foundation.

Well there were only 2 of us in the end, sorry we missed the 3rd person that added on at the last minute! The music was excellent except the Bates, nice mix of screaming, growling, tinkling, thudding, strumming, and tintinabulation

Hi everyone: for this concert it is open seating so we can meet before the concert around 715 near the coat check on the very bottom floor, then we can go in and get seats. There is free mingling with the composers and performers and crowd after with free pizza and beer as is the tradition with this concert. Look forward to seeing you then, please text[masked] if you are late or trying to find us. Reception for phones is limited in the underground theater once we go in.
