Many CX Meetup members began their careers in marketing and have been asked to expand or reframe their roles through the lens of customer experience. This month, we're hosting a panel discussion with marketing leaders who are using CX principles and design thinking tools to power their work.

Our conversation will focus around:
- How do you see customer experience influencing the marketing sector?
- What's exciting to you about using CX tools? What are the biggest challenges you foresee?
- What advice would you give to professionals who are interested in pursuing CX?

There will be plenty of time for Q&A. Bring your questions!

Sprout Social is conveniently located in the loop. The 22 and 151 buses, and Monroe Blue Line stop will all drop you off right in front of our office. We are also around the corner from the 56 and 20 buses, Green, Pink, Orange, Brown and Purple lines (Adams & Wabash) and the Red Line (Monroe). If you require parking, we highly suggest using SpotHero to find the best space for your needs.

You can access our lobby via the doors closest to Adams Street. Revolving and button-accessible doors are both available for ingress and egress. Once in the building, you will check in with a Sprout Social employee, who will direct you to the elevator banks tied to our suite. Once in our suite, it is a short ways to our event space, where a great deal of seating is available. Bathrooms are available near the event space.
