Emotional Freedom Techniques is also known as Energy or Meridian Tapping. EFT is a set of techniques that combine focused words with tapping on face and body points. Tapping with your own fingertips on specific energy points helps you get unstuck, move on and get things done. This process can be done alone or in a group and is most effective with a trained EFT practitioner. Regular use of EFT will allow you to achieve and maintain emotional balance and well-being.

Whether you are new to EFT or an experienced Tapper you are welcome to join us and experience the benefits of group Tapping. You can show your appreciation and support with a donation at the end of the meeting. Funds will be used to cover monthly MeetUp expenses and use of the space.
