Meditation has many benefits, like greater focus, relaxation, and a feeling of peace. But it doesn't have to stop there. Meditation can be a powerful tool we can harness to achieve the goals we have set for ourselves. Through meditation, we can create the lives we truly want. Come to our meetup and learn simple, effective ways to change your life using energy meditation. It's simple and fun. Our group is appropriate for anyone and everyone. If you have never heard the word "meditation" before, or if you have been meditating for years, please join us. We're really excited to have you!

Core Strengthening Yoga for Organ Detox

Skokie Body and Brain Yoga Tai-Chi Meditation

We will be using meridian stretching, intestinal exercise, and belly button healing along body tapping, breathing, and meditation for this class. The combination of these exercises strengthens the core muscles and massages the intestines and lower organs.

Please dress comfortably so you can move freely for physical activities. This class is free of charge for first time visitors. We are back in the studio, masks are required, please RSVP at (847)[masked]. Please arrive 10-15 minutes early for warm-ups.

Yoga for Immune Boosting

Our unique style of yoga boosts immunity by creating an energy flow called 'Water up, Fire down' that creates a warm belly and a cool head. We do stretches to open the meridians and balance the chakras, exercises to stimulate the gut (your second brain and where most of your immunity is created) and breathing to renew energy and calm the mind.
Please come about 10 or 15 minutes early to fill out a visitor's form and for warm ups.

Dahn Mu Do, Martial Art for Healing and Longevity

Skokie Body and Brain Yoga Tai-Chi Meditation

Dahn Mu Do is a Korean Energy Martial Art form. We warm up with meridian stretching to get the energy flowing. Tai chi like movements with breathing create healing in the body while working on balance and body positions to promote long live and health. Please wear loose comfortable clothing such as t-shirt and yoga or sweat pants and socks with good grip. Bring a water bottle with you to stay hydrated and if you would like a yoga mat or towel for on the floor. Space is limited so please RSVP if you are coming.

Basic Yoga

Learn about body tapping, acupressure, energy meridians and energy centers, and different breathing techniques. Stretching to open the meridians along with breathing to enhance the relaxation and deepen the stretch. Renew energy with deep breathing in various body positions to create a calm mind.
