Based on popular demand, we have set Yoga for Weight Loss and Muscle Toning to alternate Tuesdays except otherwise noted. Learn Yin Yang exercises to help tone your muscles! Please come 5-10 minutes early for warm ups. Please wear loose, comfortable clothing such as t-shirt and yoga or sweat pants and socks.
