Have you ever volunteered before? In what way? (Tutoring, Kids, Humanitarian, Cleanup, Nature, Animals) Still doing so?

The St. Vincent de Paul Center has weekly volunteer programs for youth development, senior services, and homeless outreach. We always need classroom aides, senior companions, after-school tutors, and special event volunteers.

What do a person's day-to-day actions REALLY say about them? What do the words MORAL FIBER mean to you? Tell us what you think...

As stewards of the Vincentian spirit, we are committed to providing value-driven services to empower those most in need to reach their greatest potential. We believe people do this in what they say and in what they do. We're here because we care.

Are you new to Chicago? Might you need or can you help carpool? As a fun community of members, transport to non-city events never ends up a problem!

Since 1915, St. Vincent de Paul Center has been serving the needs of the working poor of Chicago at the corner of Halsted and Webster.

Occasionally outside groups contact us looking for help. Is there a specific type (animals, kids, etc) of volunteering you would like us to keep you mind for in these situations?

We would like volunteers looking to work with different populations (homeless, senior citizens, youth) as well as in different settings (child care center, resale shop, food pantry).

Where did you hear about our group? A Current Member (who)? Meetup link/email? Flier? Speech? Facebook? Other? (Specific answers will help us & the number we reach out to *GROW* :)

We heard about the group from existing members who have reached out to volunteer at the Center.
