Our weekly meditation group continues to grow! Please come join us if you can fit it into your schedule.
Greater focus, improved immunity, less anxiety and depression... these are just a few of the benefits of meditation. Join us for weekly group meditation sessions in a supportive, relaxing environment. During the sessions, we will explore various types of meditation, focused breathing, mindfulness and healthy movement.
Each session will be a little different from the previous session. We recommend that you wear comfortable non-restrictive clothes. We have yoga mats and some small cushions, but you are welcome to bring your own if you prefer.
