A MemoryBeach group is a space where you can relax. We get it. When you're helping someone else's memory with nudges, reminders, hints, encouragements, you can feel productive and amazing. You can also need a rest. Someone to help you out. Just to listen to maybe one more good idea from someone else's experience. Eat some popcorn. Our call in-drive-by MemoryBeach office is in Edgewater (parking in the back or on the street). Red-Line accessible (Bryn Mawr) - our space is set up like a LifeGuard shack. Come in and relax by our fake electric fire for real conversation. Safe. Funny. We're exploring. Respecting. I am Nancy P., a psychologist, but this is not therapy. Instead, we are always trying to find innovative products to help you help others with their challenges, or help yourself with their challenges. Or maybe, you'll need nothing other than company who gets you. No gadget, gizmo, advice required for that. We respect ALL our cells. We plan on opening up MemoryBeach every two weeks until June. We'll open up the phone lines, too, in case you want to drop in. Bring a guitar. We'll listen. Bring a story to tell. Bring your silence. Or just show up. Or just know we're here, and you can show up or not depending on what's powering your mood. It's your moment. Live it fully.
