Tom Reddington is the host of our live on-line trading room.
Launch date: Oct 28, 2013
Trading room hours are:
8:15 AM to 11:00 AM and 1:00 PM to 3:00 PM Central.
Please note that Tom will be trading the NASAQ futures with his own live account and while he is very good at it, you will be the only one responsible for your personal performance. If you have never traded futures before, it is highly recommended that you start out in a 'Paper' simulation account until you can prove to yourself that you are disciplined and consistently profitable.
To join, simply RSVP to this event. Once the RSVP goes through, I will send you the link to the room along with the password.
In staying with this club's philosophy of knowledge sharing, I want this trading room to be mainly about learning how to trade, with the byproduct being income generation. As such I want to make sure that it is totally affordable for all our members. So here is how our payment schedule works. (Note that we are using Paypal for this.)
$5 For the first week. This includes a full week of live trading with Tom plus unlimited viewing of our Price Based Trading tutorial.
If after the first week you decide that this is something that you would like to continue participating in, simply let Tom or myself know and we will enter you into our CNW Trading Club Loyalty Program. The way the program works is that the longer you stay in the room the less you pay.
So, while the original fee is $200 per month, that fee will continue to be reduced by $25 for every three months that you stay in the room, until you reach a $50 limit level.
The main reason for the Loyalty Program is because we understand that after a couple of months in the room, you will have learned enough of the methodology to do it on your own. So the only incentive to continue participating in the room is for community support and entertainment. Trading can be a very lonely business and many will find that having a friend on the line will make the day go by a lot quicker and is very reassuring.
Feel free to contact me at[masked] or [masked] with any questions you may have.
By RSVPing to this event, you agree to the following:
1) You and only you are responsible for your profits and losses.
2) You understand that Futures Markets are highly leveraged products and pose significant risk and reward possibilities. Be well aware that a significant loss of funds can materialize very quickly. Diligent money management of accounts is paramount.
3) Trades setups presented in this room, by either the moderator or any of the on-line participants, are not to be taken as trade recommendations. They are the individual's opinion of the market and you are responsible for forming your own opinion.
Meet Tom Reddington:
My name is Tom Reddington. I have been trading the e-minis since they were created in the late 90′s. As a result, the black and white truth about chart reading began to open up to me. Every trade was a new opportunity. Every day started a new beginning.
I have moderated several trading rooms including:
2005 Took my first real time chat room moderating job at Woodies CCI Club.
2007 Next moderating job at Trading Concepts.
2009 Internship at Traders International.
2010 Moderating at Pure Tick for a year. Then returned in '13.
I have also traded other people's accounts that were linked into mine as a Block Account.
I came to realize that NO lagging indicator could get me the results I was looking for. What were the actual pit traders looking at? It was 3 things!!
Price Support & Resistance
THAT’S IT!!! Upon grasping this knowledge as indisputable, my trading results immediately turned around. Over the past 8 years I have been a full time trader, a one on one trading coach, and a moderator in 4 separate chat rooms.
My trading approach is very simple, and very visual. I point out support and resistance on the 3 minute charts, along with pivot points, daily highs and lows, and a moving average. Once we establish what kind of trend the market is in, we use these price levels to determine our high probability entry points. There is No guessing, No chasing, and No inventing trades.
We try to enter the market on limit orders and buy/sell stops when conditions permit, and when the market is moving very fast, we occasionally will call a market order. Our stops will be determined by the market itself, meaning it will give us certain ACTIVE highs and lows for us to place our stops. If the stop is too large, the trade will not be called.
My big 3 PRIORITY’S of trading are:
1) Patience 2) Discipline 3) Focus
If you can adhere to these 3 core principals throughout the trading day, you will be on your way to trading success.
Remember …”Priority’s lead to Profits!!!!”
