Join us on Thursday, May 14 to unlock the magic and mystery of Amazon's CreateSpace print-on-demand platform! Clayton Smith, author and head of Chicago’s Dapper Press, will discuss the pros and cons of using CreateSpace to self-publish a paperback version of your book, and he'll walk you through the entire process from beginning to end.
The meeting will be held at our usual location: the Lincoln Park Library, 1150 W Fullerton. It’s about four blocks west of the Fullerton CTA station, and the Fullerton bus stops nearby. There is a small parking lot next to the library and metered street parking in the area.
We’ll be in the library’s Auditorium Room: Walk past the front desk, turn right, walk to the end of the hall, and turn left. The meeting starts at 6:15pm, but feel free to come early to chat and network.
After the meeting, we'll adjourn to The Monkey's Paw at 2524 N Southport for self-pay food and drinks. We'd love to have you join us so we can continue the conversation about self-publishing.
