LET'S DO IT AGAIN.....JOIN US FOR OUR ANNUAL CHICAGO JAZZ FESTIVAL POTLUCK PICNIC!!!

Join your fellow Meetup members for our pot luck picnic at the Jazz Fest. We will have a wonderful time meeting, mingling, eating, and most of all, enjoying the great jazz music.

Note:

There are some diffferences from last year's jazz fest and the Blues Fest picnic held last June. Please read this complete announcement. Changes from prior picnics are in RED.

This year's picnic is on SUNDAY, September 2nd

Here are the details:

Sunday, September 2, 2012, 2:00pm - 9:30pm (the end of Petrillo performances - park closes). This should give you plenty of time to relax, check out some of the side stages, and patronize the vendors in the concession area before the main acts take the stage. (See the lineup below)

Location: Petrillo Bandshell at Butler Field in Grant Park, (corner of Columbus & Jackson) Chicago, IL. We will be sitting on the LEFT side as you face the Petrillo Bandshell center stage in the grassy area behind the walkway. We will have a rather large area - look for the yellow caution tape.

[CLICK HERE FOR A MAP OF WHERE WE WILL BE SITTING AND BRING IT WITH YOU TO THE PARK TO FIND US] (http://goo.gl/maps/jzTOU)
