What we're about

Chicagoland Tennis Club Reorganization

As many of you know Plamen & Valentina have decided to step down from the leadership of this dynamix group. It will take several of us to fill their shoes in order to keep this group going. . A small group of us have joined together keep Chicagoland Tennis Club (CTC) active. We will kick off the the indoor season asap at Schaumburg Tennis Plus, Centegra in Huntley and other suburban venues. The outdoor season will include regular weekend matches at Harper College and Palatine Hills, as well as Summer weekday matches at South Barrington. We are committed to bringing our members quality tennis opportunities at convenient locations. The key organizers for CTC will be:
David Byer
Omi Chiba
Svetlana Etremova
Sue Garcia
Cathi Griffith
John Jessop
Timothy Lockwood
Dennis Sadlicki
Harish Sampath

Unfortunately, we were not able to save the membership roles from the old group, so please join back up and meet us back on the courts. We also welcome new members to the group we only ask that new members are at least a 2.0 ranking. We will strive to ensure competitive parings of players at matches.

While tennis is a lot of fun, it also has risks. Injury can result from: being hit by a ball, collisions between players and falls, just to name a few. By playing in Chicagoland Tennis Club (CTC) events players impliedly assume all risks of injury to themselves at these events. Players waive all liability claims against CTC from any injuries suffered by players at events.
