What we're about

For centuries Mindfulness of Breathing, the Development of Love-Kindness (Metta Bhavana), and other meditation practices have been helping people to develop concentration, awareness, consciousness, clarity and emotional positivity which are the essential basis for meditation. So in this meetup we will just sit, that is a matter of simply "being" with whatever happens in awareness, without attaching to it or rejecting it. We will have sometimes special guest speakers.
