Come and join in the fun and laughter in this friendly monthly club - learn about the benefits of laughter and join in a variety of games, exercises and activities to encourage your natural playfulness. No experience necessary - just a willingness to smile and have some fun. Our club provides a memorable, energising way to meet like-minded people whilst reducing your stress levels and boosting your immune system at the same time.

The cost is £7 per person, we start at 10.30 am till 12 noon and refreshments and lots of laughing are included - everyone welcome!

Come and join us for an exploration of laughter, relaxation techniques, playfulness and spontaneous joy as it arises in the moment. Meet other like minded people who love to laugh, focus on the positive and enjoy sharing time with others in a light-hearted way. We practice laughter yoga and a variety of laughter techniques as well as other healthy and life affirming strategies which you can use in everyday life. There is no pressure to laugh, you just need a willingness to let go and have some fun. Laughter can help us let go of the everyday struggles and strife for a while and relax. It can help us shift perspectives, recharge our batteries and renew our zest for life. Laughter oxygenates the whole body and gives all our internal organs a good aerobic work out as well as boosting circulation and strengthening the immune system. It's also great for stress relief! Come along and give it a go - hopefully we will see you on the 30th March, there are always new members at each Meet Up and many more people come than show on the page! :) Laughter opens us to new possibilities and reminds us who we really are. £10 All proceeds donated to the The Hamblin Trust charity and OCD UK charity.
