Join Simon Harvey at 17:45 to 19:00 Friday evening in a practice of inward-focused thought and deep breathing...... OK meditation. IF you have had a stressful week. Maybe a few traffic-choked car trips or a compressed commute on the trains, or had your boss or a client seem to just see thorns rather than smelling the roses? You might just be ready to sit back, pour a drink, and relax! But how long will that last? Wouldn't you prefer something that lasted a little longer, even make that drink taste just a little bit better, and the relaxing part last long into........
