Take responsibility for caring for your body as you age. If you want to maintain an independent lifestyle, you need to work at it.

ChiForLiving Tai Chi and Qigong is a mix of styles and forms geared to build and develop an understanding of Tai Chi and Qigong movement. We are a not a strict family lineage type of studio. We are a relaxed and open group where all are welcome.

What you gain is increased balance, leg strength, flexibility, coordination, concentration,relaxation and friendship!

There are a myriad of other health benefits that are associated with Tai Chi and Qigong. I hope you come out and join us.

We are moving to Thursday evenings starting with this session. Hoping you can make it for those who found Mondays challenging. 2018 has come and gone, leaving us all moving forward with our lives and our choice of how to make them healthier in mind, body and spirit. Qigong is a great modality to work on all of these things. Come out and practice breathing, flowing in motion while we de-stress and let the energy flow in a relaxed and informal environment. We practice circling hands, arm swings and great weight shift swaying every session. We continue to explore two classic Qigong forms; The 8 Brocades and 5 Earth Elements. They are a great compliment to the other Qigong and Tai Chi we practice. For those who are looking for traditional family lineage Chen, Yang or some other strict / formal practice, this is not what we do.
