ChiForLiving Tai Chi and Qigong is a mix of styles and forms geared to build and develop an understanding of Tai Chi and Qigong movement. We are a not a strict family lineage type of studio. We are a relaxed and open group where all are welcome.
What you gain is increased balance, leg strength, flexibility, coordination, concentration,relaxation and friendship!
