Spring Cleaning event at the Hanson's - consignment time

Time to clean out your doggie closets and let's do a consignment event!

Mark and Carol are gracioulsy inviting us to their home for a cookout. They have a beautiful outdoor kitchen area, just built and ready for us to PAWTY! Mark and Carol are supplying pulled pork, beef brisket and ribs. Each person is asked to bring a side items or dessert. This is so wonderful of them and we appreciate their sharing their home with us.

We will also need drinks. Please someone bring the wine!!!!!

This is a BYOB and BYOF!

bringing so that we have a good selection of food and

drinks.

Rules for the sale MUST READ:

CASH sales only!!!!!!!!!!!!!

No items priced higher than half of the original value

clothes, harnesses, leads, toys, beds, carriers/doggie bags are welcomed

Only new or like new items accepted (no stains, tears, fraying, wear of any type)

All things must in be Ziploc bags to avoid being handled too much

Information required on each bag via white label attached to outside of bag:

Name of seller or # to identify them if they don’t want their name on it

Price

Designer / where purchased if no designer

Size, neck, girth and length

Number your items please such as #1, #2, #3, etc…. (corresponds with inventory list to be given by each person bringing items)

Each person will be required to bring an inventory of their items, so that we can track what is sold and for how much. No negotiating, sorry. The price on the item is the selling price. Please email me at [masked] if you will be bringing items as I have to email you the inventory sheet to use. (Won't let me attach it here.)

We are asking everyone to start bringing their items for check in at 2-4pm, with the sale starting at 4pm. You can bring them to an event ahead of time and give to Lynne or if you are unable to attend, you may still have items in the consignment sale. No early sales, no early birds to be fair to everyone. We will be taking the items in at check in and then putting them in separate piles according to similar sizing and then close to 4pm will put them out on the table.

Cash sales only so that we can pay out everyone that night.

This is a charity event, 20% of

proceeds will be going to Chihuahua 911 and

80% will remain with the member bringing

the items.

      Thanks to Mark & Carol for a great time yesterday. It was very relaxing knowing the pups were safe in the back yard and a nice glass of wine. Their home was very beautiful and had everything set up for the CHI group so nice...I heard the meal was awesome!!! I hated to miss that. I hope will do another consignment next year. Thanks to Lynne for always coming up with great ideals and everyone who worked at the event to make it fun.
