FW: IMPORTANT MEETING TOMORROW WITH PINELLAS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS RE: PET OVERPOPULATION

From: Lynne, Baby and B.
Sent on: Monday, April 22, 2013 5:39 PM

Dear Members,

If you can attend, please do so in support of the mandatory spay and neuter program for Pinellas County.  This would make a big difference in the amount of animals that have to be euthanized every week.   I personally am unable to attend, but if any of our wonderful members can be there in support of this cause, please do so!   Stand strong in numbers!

To avoid emails going back and forth, please do not respond to this email address as it reaches out to everyone.

Thank you!

Lynne Tonte

Tomorrow there is a public meeting with the Pinellas County Board of Commissioners at 2 pm at the Pinellas County Courthouse, 315 Court Street, 5th Floor Assembly Room, Clearwater, FL.

During the "Citizens to be Heard" portion, a video on mandatory spay and neuter and how it has worked in other communities to reduce the pet overpopulation problem and decrease the number of homeless and euthanized animals each year will be presented.

Attendees are invited to listen and learn or speak on this very important matter  (Must fill out a yellow card before meeting begins to speak.)  We are hoping for a large turn out in support of this mission.

Please arrive early  - 1:45 as not to interrupt the sessions taking place.

Metered parking - bring coins!

Thank you!
