Where are you from? How long have you been in HK?

I was born in Hong Kong, educated in the UK, and lived and worked in different territories in Europe and Asia including UK, The Netherlands, Germany, Papua New Guinea, Mainland China, Taiwan and Hong Kong.

Which area are you particularly interested in Chinese culture?

Taichi (both Movements and Stillness), Qi-gong for health (from both Shao-lin and Wu-dang schools), Chinese Astrology (both solar-based Ba-zi and lunar-based ZWDS); cultural classics: I-Ching and Tao Te Ching, and how they are embodied within Taichi; how Compassion can change destiny.... I am interested in sharing Chinese cultural discussions with others, as well as to teach Taichi to expatriate friends, which was my vow when I was admitted into Wu-dang's succession structure.

I am retired from business, now focused on health and philosophical aspects of traditional Chinese culture, including teaching Taichi, Qi Gong and Astrology to local and expatriate friends. I am a 15th-generation successor of Wu-dang Taichi.
