Visit a new NCT wilderness camp on the Boy River

Sorry for the late notice. The hike is in conjunction with the Turtle Races in Longville. The plan is to spread the word on Wednesday at the Turtle Races for the Hike on Thursday. Meet at the NCT parking lot just east of where the Boy River crosses HWY 200. The Boy River is 4.8 miles east of the HWY 84/200 intersection north of Longville. After we cross the Boy River we hike down the west side of the rive to beautiful pioneer site in a gorgeous conifer forest with a beautiful access to the river. We then hike back to the NCT and hike west for 3 miles to Macemon RD. Rides are provided back to the parking lot.

A terrific day, hike and kudos to the Star of the North Chapter for having the trail nicely mowed.
