What we're about
There are basically two kinds of happiness. There is the perpetual happiness that is just out of reach. You know the one that says...I'll be happy when.....Then when that thing actually comes to you, you smile and cheer for about a week, a day or less. Then it's on to the next...I'll be happy when... Keeping happiness just out of reach or at best a fleeting moment of smiles.
Then there is the intrinsic happiness no one teaches you about. This happiness is not dependent on outside circumstances. It is a way of life.
