What we're about

Hi everyone!

My name is Pedro R. García and I am founder of Ask and Wonder, an organization that brings Christians and non-Christians together to talk about the biggest questions in life.

Ask and Wonder has two types of live events:

1. Ask and Wonder: live events with Christian and non-Christian thinkers from Nashville (university professors, Christian and secular leaders of private organizations, scientists, philosophers, theologians...etc., come together to dialogue about a given topic concerning philosophy, science, faith, ethics and culture. Audiences can ask questions to the panel at the end of the dialogue.

2. You Ask and Wonder: live events where audiences are organized at different tables and discuss a a given topic concerning philosophy, science, faith, ethics and culture.

Thank you very much to Wendy Wilson for her excellent job at creating this group and nurturing it as well as she did.

How my life was changed: a Christian/atheist conversation

Sylvan Park Church | Nashville, TN

We usually approach conversations between Christians and non-Christians with arguments, evidence, logic and reason but, what about the experiential side of it? On February 27th, two speakers will share with us their journey from Christianity to atheism and atheism to Christianity. We’ll explore feelings, emotions, and two different journeys which ended up inhabiting two opposite worldviews, but with much in common in terms of their humanity and their search for truth. Join us for a great conversation, tell your Christian and secular friends about it!
