Cinch Weds Power Lunch Hour

Meet us for a one-hour lunch ride of structured training. We will do a warm up to Flagstaff, then repeats on the lower section to specific training zones. We will regroup at different points of the workout to go over what we just did and to explain the next workout. All levels welcome, but mojo required.
