No Experience or Partner is required. In this class you will be instructed how to perform a number of flows and techniques that build trust, communication, flexibility, and strength while making incredible shapes.

WHAT KIND OF SHAPE DO I NEED TO BE IN?

A typical sports physical is suggested to ensure that you’re up for the activity but assuming that’s a go you can start there! Join us for a beginner class and we'll help you learn to get fit by having fun!

WHAT DO I NEED TO BRING?

One of the greatest things is that there’s no equipment necessary to get started for parkour.

Rubber soled running or athletic shoes
Athletic Clothes (Suitable for current outdoor temperature, always have layers)
Water Bottle

I’M NOT COORDINATED AND HAVE NEVER DONE ANYTHING LIKE THIS, WILL I BE ABLE TO DO IT?

Every body is different so that being said Parkour will come naturally to some within a degree. Others may need to work a bit harder but EVERYONE is capable of doing Parkour in one form or another. Each person will have their own style unique to them. If you're unsure where to start our Swift Fit class is great for adults, and either youth parkour or pre k pk are ideal for kids!
