Details: We offer a warm and supportive sangha (community) for people who would like to practice Vipassana meditation together, listen to talks on the teachings of the Buddha and share thoughts, questions and hear from others on the path. Vipassana (or Insight) meditation teaches us to find an inner sense of wellbeing and peace in the midst of life's ups and downs. The Wisdom of the Buddha's 4 Noble Truth and Eightfold Path guide us to live more wisely and compassionately resulting in less struggle, more joy and more resiliency to handle what life brings. The community of practitioners offer the gift of support and the fellowship of others who wish to grow in inner peace and compassion. We are appropriate for those beginning a practice and those who have been practicing for decades. We are an inclusive community open to all.
