Speakers:

Caoimhe Kennedy is a DevOps engineer in the Digital Automation & Infrastructure Services team in Citi. She also worked in CitiDeveloper, a windows team working on Citi’s CI/CD pipeline. She graduated with a degree in Computer Science & Business from Trinity College Dublin, and joined Citi’s technology graduate program in 2017. Lu Yang is a full stack developer on the Velocity Reporting (VR) team in Citi MSST. VR is a report generation platform used by many Citi applications. After achieving a CS degree from China, she continued her master studies in software engineering at University of St Andrews, UK and Maynooth University, Ireland. She is passionate about modern technology, which led her to pursue her career as a software developer in Citi. Tariro Takavarasha is a senior SQL developer on the Citi Velocity Clarity Programme. Tari was initially taught how to code by an impressive woman whilst working for the NHS and was instantly excited that you could ask a database questions, and if you got the words right, it would answer back. Since then she has worked in a variety of fields for clients as wide ranging as Ted Baker, Renault, ABinBev to Activision. She is working for Citi for almost 2 years now and remains passionate and enthused by taking raw data and making it look beautiful & intuitive to navigate, for end users via our business intelligence tool of choice.

Amber Higgins is an engineer working on Blockchain and disruptive technologies at the Citi Innovation Lab, Dublin. She brings her expertise in the areas of Security and Distributed Architecture to the Blockchain Centre of Excellence Team. Claire Chung joined Citi Investment Research Technology 2002, in Sydney Australia as a developer on what was then the first global equity research database. Claire spent 8 years in Citi Investment Research moving into Business Analysis and Project Management roles. In 2016 Claire was appointed as Head of Transfer Agency Technology within fund services. Claire is also site sponsor of our ICG Graduate program and a member of the CEP Technology Oversight Working group.
