You don't have to train like an athlete to be fit. You don't have to wait for a vacation to relax and relieve stress. You do have to take the steps to build a healthier you! Most athletes retire at an early age due to injury and declined performance. Yoga and meditation practice are a method of health and fitness that will maintain you, mind, body & soul, well into your later years. At Citta the Soul we believe mindfulness (citta) is the seat of our very soul. We will explore a variety of All Levels yoga practices, vinyasa, hatha, yin, or kemetic, while enjoying the freshness of outdoor air to power our pranayama, or life force. Beginning in Spring, class will meet at Miller Grove Park on the second Sunday of each month. Begin to move your focus from surface aesthetics to mental and emotional awareness and physical flexibility and balance. Grab a mat and meet us on the green!

During cooler months, join us for group classes or private lessons at the Citta the Soul yoga and meditation shala, our practice home, located on Panola Industrial Blvd, less than 2 miles from Miller Grove Park. With emphasis on breathing techniques and guided moving meditation, Citta the Soul practices thoughtful and reflexive yoga to promote both physical and mental wellbeing.
