Tickets are $10 for admission and $25 for admission and a signed copy of Radical Homemakers. Pre-registration is required due to building security. Tickets will not be sold at the door.

Shannon Hayes is the host of and She is the author of Radical Homemakers: Reclaiming Domesticity from a Consumer Culture, The Farmer and the Grill, and The Grassfed Gourmet. Hayes works with her family on Sap Bush Hollow Farm, raising grassfed and pastured meats in Upstate New York.

Lis Thomas works with community gardens through Brooklyn Botanic Garden's GreenBridge Program. She is a backyard farmer, builder, quilter, dumpster diver, preserver of harvests, and hunter of mushrooms.

Dina Falconi, is a practicing herbalist with a strong focus on food activism and nutritional healing. She produces Falcon Formulations natural bodycare products and Earthly Extracts medicinal tinctures. She is a founding member of the Northeast Herbal Association, a
chapter leader of the Weston A. Price Foundation & on the board of Slow Food-Hudson Valley.

Declan Walsh is a city chicken enthusiast and backyard farmer. He operates the Red Hook Poultry Association, a family run chicken farm, and leads workshops on raising chickens in the city.
