The Lot plans to feed guests by hosting three food trucks at a time. There will be two main bars — one in a shipping container and one in a trailer — along with lawn games and lots of seating under the sun across picnic tables and couches.
The menu includes queso and nachos along with tacos topped with ingredients like short ribs, fried avocado, and corn flake-battered shrimp.
