Hey guys! Carla speaking ;-)

I´m a Spanish girl that came to London a year ago to start an adventure.
I love to take challenges and inspire another people with my thoughts and motivation. As a personal trainer that´s what defines me, apart from the professionalism, degrees, experience.... ;-P

I invite to this group all those people that want to make a change in their lives, get fit and have a fun time. Only good vibes are allowed!
I want all of you that can´t afford a PT and are feeling a bit lost or demotivated to come over and I´ll sort that out! :-D

This is a group for all levels, I will adapt the training for you.

(If you can bring a MAT would be very helpful)

Sessions structure:

WARM UP (Mobility, active stretching, yoga movements, agility, core activation...)

MAIN PART (Circuits, functional training, callisthenics, HIIT, boxing, running, strength...)

COOL DOWN (Stretching, Pilates,personalised exercises to correct your imbalances and prevent injuries)
