What we're about

This is a group for anyone interested in getting healthy by exercise. You can walk, run or crawl whatever your fitness level is. We will meet every Sunday from 2pm until 3pm. We end our workout with a shake/snack to fuel our body and will have them available to you after the workout. Water will be available also for those who participate in the workout. Please RSVP to the event so we will have plenty for everyone. I hope to have others participate in this group with me to keep me accountable for my weight loss journey. I have a huge goal to reach in the next 12 months and I need help to keep me motivated and moving. Come join me!!
