Calling women of all ages, backgrounds, etc! This is a group for women interested in gaining friendships & sharing a love for health! It's for those wanting to learn more about how to heal the body naturally by focusing on ways to eat better, manage stress, sleep better, exercise, and balancing our busy lives! We will meetup for group workouts/hiking/running, have classes for stress management techniques and ways to improve overall health, meal planning & cooking classes, and sometimes just time to enjoy each others company at a coffee shop!
