What we're about

This is a group interested in personal growth and empowerment through Group Coaching. We will discuss tools that will empower you to handle life's challenges. We will focus on specific areas of challenges such as "Thriving after divorce or breakup" "Positioning yourself to find the right partner" "Managing multiple roles (parent, employee, student, spouse, child) in this hectic world" etc; Specific areas of discussion will be announced in advance so you can register for the ones that interest you. I will also welcome suggestions on what you need help with. There will be a cost of $20 per meetup each week you attend, as this is conducted as group coaching. I look forward to helping you navigate the challenges we all face in life.
I hold a Ph.D, in Psychotherapy and a M.B.A.

Upcoming events (5+)

What's Love Got To Do With It? (Thriving in Intimate Relationships).

We will discuss what it takes to have great relationships. How to begin a relationship with yourself before you are ready to have a relationship with someone else, how to slow down the dating process to see if this person is right for you, what to look for in someone you are seeking a relationship with, the red flags that we ignore when we're attracted to someone. And many more juicy topics. I will also be weaving into these discussions - the tools necessary for personal growth so you become empowered in your personal life. I formed this group because I've met so many individuals (myself included) that have difficulty in their relationships but they do not have the support of anyone to just talk to in order to bring clarity to the issues they are facing. My hope is that this group will be an answer to this problem by providing the support you need when you face relationship or life problems. The group format will also provide you with support from fellow group members who may also be experiencing similar problems. We will meet at the Waterfront Park in Minneola near the Water Park for the kids. From there we will find a spot under a tree that can accommodate our group. Bring a chair or blanket to make yourself comfortable on the grass. Bring your water or snacks also if you will need it. I want to create a very comfortable, casual setting where everyone can feel free to discuss and engage in hearty discussion on these topics. All that I ask is that you respect each other during all interactions. I look forward to meeting you and creating a space for you that will empower and support your relationships and your happiness. See you soon! IMPORTANT REMINDER: Please be sure to be as vigilant as you would in any of your personal interactions with someone you do not yet know very well.
