Wear loose clothing and comfortable shoes. We will begin with the 8 Section Brocade. An ancient form of Qigong that uses relaxed movements coordinated with breathing techniques and visualization to build internal energy. Then relax and unwind as we stretch the muscles and loosen the joints with some silk reeling techniques followed by the movements of a Tai Chi form. For those interested we will also perform applications and have fun doing push hands.
