A User Experience Designer’s Guide to Google Analytics

As part presentation and part hands-on activity, this event is designed to get you up and running with the best reports for user experience design professionals. Initially, we’ll walk through each report to fully understand it and then practice interpreting it using sample data. Be sure to bring a laptop/tablet to get the most out of this session. Speaker: Monica Ralston Monica has worked both domestically and internationally for organizations that range from boutique consulting firms to Fortune 100 companies. Much of her time has been spent in the financial sector doing user research and UI testing with banks, brokerages and accounting software. She is an original co-founder of UXPA Cleveland and a 20-year veteran of this industry. (Yes, this industry has been around for at least 20 years) Most recently, Monica has been teaching at Kent State University and developing their undergraduate User Experience Design minor.
