Nothing but a Legacy - Don Pawlowski

Most developers have encountered a legacy codebase that they want to burn to the ground. Most developers also think a complete rewrite is hard to pull off and even harder to sell to the boss. However, with a focus on Prioritization, Progress and People, a complete rewrite, in a reasonable amount of time, is achievable. It is important to break down tihe work into manageable chunks, realize that perfection is the enemy of progress and be able to navigate the "Freak Out Curve" through genuine change management principles. Attendees of this talk with walk away with proven, not theoretical, tools and processes to destroy their legacy codebase with a slow calculated fury.

We will also have slots available for lighting talks and announcements. Folks of all experience levels welcome!
