To introduce tai chi for military vets. To have them learn a way to exercise and relax at the same time, they will feel better! This is perfect for everyone, including those that need to be seated! For all ages!!
Taiji is a non jarring exercise that feels like walking in water. Very effective exercise and moving meditation.
